Colonial House Motel Pigeon Forge

Everything was perfect, though we stayed for 1 night only. The hotel had a stunning location very close to The Barking Boutique.

We liked every detail about our good 2 nights stay here. Our a double room was equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator and a sitting area. The staff were decent and helpful, gave us great tips.

Our hotel rooms were quiet and absolutely perfect, with modern decor.

Their staff were not so good.

Clean, excellent value hotel, its location was magnificent and so close to restaurants as well as attractions and restaurants.

The rooms were carpeted and decent, the breakfast was generous! Sky bar was lively and perfectly clean. Every staff member I met were more than helpful. Simply perfect location to dollywood amusement park.

Breakfast was fine, the room non-smoking, we had an excellent time. The location was central, not far from grocery store as well as the river. Big Top Arcade was also placed just walking distance from the hotel.

Breakfast was bountiful, entire staff was highly professional. The room was very specious and pleasantly decorated, the beds were perfect. The bathroom was luxurious here, I liked it.

Clean hotel, and the staff were courteous, location was unbeatable on the Parkway. I had non-smoking and brand-new room with a jacuzzi tub the first night. Booked it for me$ 68.

Totally very nice experience. Fairly clean hotel with very friendly staff and CUTE location. I booked queen room overlooking the river. It was awesome and the bathroom was spotless.

The hotel is spotless and has spacious rooms and large beds. A wide range of food at the superb breakfast. It has absolutely perfect location walking distance to old forge plaza.

Location is favourable and really good staff made my stay VERY NICE. Friendly service with hot cooking.

Actually everything was beautiful, my next choice again in Pigeon Forge. The room was very well furnished, and very well furnished, with air conditioning, microwave and iron/ironing board. Nice pool area too. Great location, courteous services and big bed. Salad bar was fantastic!

We had 2 great days here, couldn't recommend more the place. Functional, 3-star hotel with cheerful staff and great wifi. Brilliant service and decent value.

Clean hotel and nonsmoking rooms.

Location was truly wonderful, rooms were perfect and I loved accommodating staff. All in all everything was fine, even so I had too small bathroom. They made my stay wonderful. The hotel was in a very very nice area. Also, venue was 1 mile away from dolly parton's stampede.

I loved the continental breakfast and the cozy room. The staff was really kind and made my stay very pleasant. Booked a room with such beautiful views. Heated pool too. Central location, just a pleasant stroll away from a boutique distillery.

The location was great, and the free breakfast was offered. There's good choice of restaurants to choose from, like corky's ribs & bbq, set within 5 minutes walk or so. All the employees were friendly.

The king room had a comfortable bed. A cool bonus was nearby old mill creamery, that offered tea and coffee

Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Also, it was within walking distance of The Twisted Vessel Art Gallery. The standard queen room had everything you need, a heating system, multi-channel television and a seating area. Value for price, we will be back...

very clean place with nice beds. room had plenty of facilities, including a heating system, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels and a seating area. we had the most great few days there.

The hotel is very clean. I got free upgrade and greatly enjoyed it. I would stay here again without hesitation, if I come to Pigeon Forge. The parking was onsite and convenient...

I had a great view from my room. The hotel was situated in the central location.

We really enjoyed this hotel. We stayed here to visit dollywood, that is located 15 minutes' walk away. The staff was great, and we had the benefit of just 10 minutes' walk right to Ultrazone. Pool was included.

Couldn't find any faults at all.
